How a first job works
Send one property
The address or town, what the property needs, and the date it has to be ready. Your checklist if you have one — if not, we will work from ours.
We review and confirm
Scope, price, linen arrangement, and availability — confirmed with you before the job is scheduled. No surprises inside a cleaning estimate: approved repair items are quoted separately.
We complete the work
Clean, beds made to your setup and reference photos, final walkthrough against the checklist. If something could delay the next arrival, you hear about it while we are still on site.
You get the handoff
Completion photos and a clear update: what was done, and anything that needs your attention before the next guest, tenant, or showing.
Backup capacity, arranged in advance.
Peak weekends, same-day turns stacked back to back, a crew member out sick — that is where a standing backup arrangement pays for itself. We agree the areas, the property standards, and the pricing structure ahead of time, then confirm availability job by job as your calendar fills.
Vacant units work the same way: send the vacancy when it is scheduled, and we will clear it, clean it, and flag the punch list before your showing.
